Job Description

As our Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding and fortifying our marketing and sales organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting and executing a robust sales and marketing strategy based on in-depth market analyses, paving a clear path for organizational growth.
  • Proactively identifying and engaging potential customers and partners.
  • Leading the marketing initiatives for our innovative products.
  • Overseeing sold projects from inception to post-delivery, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Staying ahead of market trends and collaborating with our engineering team to spearhead new product developments.


Profile

  • You possess a commercial master’s or bachelor’s degree.
  • You bring at least 5 years of proven experience in selling logistic automation projects.
  • Having an established commercial network in this sector is a significant advantage.
  • Your passion for technology is evident.
  • You demonstrate commercial leadership, strong influencing skills, autonomy, pragmatism, integrity, and intelligence.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. Proficiency in French and German is a strong plus.
