The Atlas AGV is a compact, fully autonomous counterbalance forklift that effortlessly lifts, moves and places loads of up to 1,600 kg – even at height. With its precise steering and optional high-reach mast, it is the perfect solution for high-bay racking, narrow aisles or mixed indoor-outdoor logistics. Add in automatic fork adjustment, GPS-supported navigation and a robust sensor suite, and you get an AGV as flexible as your operations demand.
Load capacity: 1,500–1,600 kg
Navigation: SLAM + GPS + optical markers + obstacle detection
Lift height: up to 6.8 metres (AR29 version)
Battery: Lithium-ion (12 min auto-charging)
Operating temperature: -10°C to +40°C (with outdoor package)
Tight aisles, high racks, changing environments? No problem. The Atlas AGV is designed to adapt – not the other way around. Whether in a traditional warehouse with narrow aisles or a factory environment with outdoor areas, Atlas finds its way. With its compact footprint (± 3.3 × 1.35 m), smart positioning technology and optional side-shift, Atlas negotiates tricky turns and places pallets exactly where you need them – up to 6.8 metres high.

Atlas operates without fixed infrastructure: no magnetic tape or predefined routes required. Using SLAM technology and an intelligent sensor suite, it learns its environment, detects obstacles and autonomously plans routes. In practice, that means:
✅ Less damage to goods and racking
✅ 24/7 operation, no breaks or shift planning
✅ Reduced labour pressure for repetitive tasks
✅ Safe operation – even in mixed traffic
Say goodbye to manual forklift runs, bottlenecks and staff shortages. Atlas thinks, drives and plans for you.
Where many AGVs stop at the gate, Atlas keeps going. With its outdoor package featuring GPS, heated sensors, robust tyres and weatherproof electronics, it works reliably in rain, cold or on uneven terrain. It automatically switches between indoor and outdoor mode and maintains precision across every route.

“In an environment where continuity and temperature-critical handling are essential, the AGV gives us not only greater efficiency but also peace of mind. It runs day and night without breaks – even in freezing conditions where manual labour is harder and more costly.”
— Procurement Manager, Pasfrost
